Frequently asked questions.

What happens during an encounter?

You will meet selected ambassador animals, learn about them, handle or stroke them where appropriate and have time for photographs and questions.

Can we choose which animals attend?

Packages are bespoke. Tell us your favourites or leave the selection as a surprise; animal welfare and availability always guide the final line-up.

Is it suitable for all ages?

Yes. The team adapts the pace and style of the encounter to the age, confidence and needs of your group.

How are prices worked out?

Every booking is quoted individually according to the event, animal selection, location and group size. Reptile-themed party bags can be added from £4 each.

What should we prepare?

Provide a calm, secure space, remove other pets and follow the handlers’ guidance. Hand washing or sanitiser is required before and after handling.
